When you purchase a system or any parts from your computer store you also get the installation and operational experience of our technicians.
In store support
If we have to replace parts, or you don't have Internet access. You can bring your system into our technical service Department. Many small fixes can be done while you wait. If we have to order parts, we will let you know how much it will be in a time frame for their delivery.
Support at your home or office
We will come out to your house, install your computers, set up your network(wired or wireless), design configure and test a backup plan for you and make sure it works the way you want it to.
Remote support
In many cases, software support, program specific questions, adjusting settings, and some maintenance functions can be done using remote access. This saves time, allowing you to sit in your own chair and watch and ask questions while we fix the problem. As long as you have Internet access we can establish a secure link do the work as if we were in your home and when that link is broken there is no trace and no access and your security is in place.
